AFTER SALES SERVICES

Our organization believes in long term relation with our valuable clients and from this thinking our company has launched some after sales services such as:

• Our service team is ready to serve any kind of support like repairing, installation based on the requirement of customer.
• Six to Twelve months warranty will be provided both service & replacement, based on the product category & brand.
• Only for Korean products, Twelve month warranty will be provided generally.

DELIVERY SERVICE

Currently our company has a strong and dedicated delivery team to reach the product to customers hand within the shortest time. Incase of Dhaka city product will be delivered to our valuable customers within two hours after getting confirmation from our valuable customers. And in case of other cities like rajshahi,khulna,barishal and,chittagong product will be delivered within twenty four hours after receiving confirmation from the client.
